Nothing is harder on the feet than standing on a bad surface all day long! These soft foam squares lock into place to create an unterrupted sheet of cushioned flooring - so much easier on the legs. Also eliminates slips from wet flooring; the foam doesn't retain water - and creates a safer environment in the workplace. Set of 4 multicolor mats (makes 16 square feet of flooring). Mats are great and a good price. They do tend to collect dirt easily, but clean up well with soap and water.
Great shock absorber for babies April 3, 2008

I bought this to have my infant daughter practice turning over on, instead of the hard floor. It doesn't feel as thick or soft as others may advertise, but for my purpose it serves me, and my daughter, well. When she bumps her head she doesn't seem to mind at all.
The size is hard to tell on the picture, so to give you an idea: my 7 month old takes up almost the length of the 2 squares when they are set up as 4 pieces to make a square. Enough room to turn over, but not much for crawling and other maneuvers.
