Patience December 22, 2008 This product would probably work really well but I don't have the patience to do it for 45 minutes like the directions says it may take to see results.
This product does not remove scracthes!! Don't waste your money!!! December 16, 2008 I tried this product and followed the instructions precisely. It couldn't remove even the tiniest of scratches from my screen. And believe me... I polished for 30 minutes just as the directions had instructed me. Complete waste of my money. I was disappointed to say the least. It did however make the screen clean, but that is about all it does.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! July 19, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
love it! I have obvious scratches on my white macbook that drove me crazy... I followed the instructions to the T (check out their website: [...]): I used cotton balls (ended up using around 10 cotton balls) and spent 30 minutes buffing one area continuously... and the scratches are ALL GONE. I also made sure to shake the bottle each time i use the drop. good luck!!
Did not remove scratches! June 21, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I tried this product out on a 2nd gen ipod nano and on my powerbook G4. All it did was give the items a good cleaning. I didn't notice any significant removal of scratches. I would not reccomend this product for scratch removal.
IDrops works with patience January 28, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Yes, Idrops does work. I read both the positive and negative reviews. I have a 5 year old 40GB IPOD that had some light scratches and some deep scratches. You need to follow the directions and be patient. It took nearly 45 minutes of buffing to remove the deeper scratches. Be cautious if you decide to try a shortcut by using a rotary tool (i.e. Dremel). I tried an experiment on a old cell phone and the dremel worked well at low speeds but caused quite a bit of damage at high speed as the IDOPS quickly carved a hole in the screen. I decided to use the hand buffing approach on my IPOD.
