The Dremel EZ Lock Coarse and Medium Grit Finishing Abrasive Buffs are easy to use and switch out, even while wearing gloves. Constructed of non-woven fibers impregnated with aluminum oxide and silicon carbide, these buffs are ideal for refinishing furniture, cleaning grills, and removing paint and tarnish. The first patented system of its kind, the EZ lock design allows these buffs to be used on any Dremel rotary tool. This pack includes one medium and one coarse abrasive buff. The dark brown coarse buff is 180-grit; the light brown medium buff is 280-grit.

 Work great, but do not last long May 3, 2008
These buffs do a great job of light sanding and polishing. They do not last long, but if you are careful about keeping the direction of rotation away from any edges they will last a lot longer. Definitely wear safety glasses, as the buffing material flies everywhere. Would like to see these in larger value packaging.
Expensive but great product March 9, 2007
The new EZ Lock system is fantastic. The abrasive buffs are very helpful for detail work but it cannot be denied that they are very expensive and do not last long.

The EZ Lock works great and is fast to install. Initial cost of spindle adds to cost, but can be used for other applications. The abrasive buffs are not as aabrasive as I had hoped for, but do the job taking a little longer. They are more for polish than real abrasive as the "Buffs" might imply. I did find the selection and cost better at the local Home Depot after I receoved the order, but put that in the experience column to check around.
